Caroline Lachat staat sinds 2013 via deze BV ten dienste van klanten die operationele ondersteuning of procesmatige optimalisatie nodig hebben in de HR afdeling.

Vanaf 1994 bouwde Caroline 19 jaar ervaring op in HR als medewerker van verschillende organisaties, zowel op conceptueel als operationeel niveau, zowel in continuïteit als in projectmodus.

Na +25 jaar actief te zijn in HR kristalliseerde zich de volgende "ikigai":
ik kom terecht daar waar plots en onvoorzien een kleine HR afdeling gehalveerd wordt of herleid wordt tot nul qua aantal medewerkers. Daar neem ik de draad op, maak een draaiboek, optimaliseer een aantal processen waar nodig, werf iemand aan en geef de opgedane kennis door voor een vliegende (door)start!
